Dosage:
Children (1-3 years): 10-20 drops per day. Equal to 0.75 ml.
Children (4-8 years): 15-30 drops per day. Equal to 1 ml.
Children (9-14 years): 20-40 drops per day. Equal to 1.25ml.
From 15 years and adults: 50-60 drops per day. Equal to 2ml.

The drops can be dripped and/or measured with the measuring pipette.

Why this dosage?
For people with eczema, the recommended amount of Omega-3 is often higher than for healthy children, due to the anti-inflammatory properties of EPA and DHA. Our dosages are well within the limits according to the European guidelines of the EFSA and are tailored to the needs of people with eczema.

How to store:
Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place. Away from direct sunlight and other sources of heat.

Shelf life:
Can be stored for a maximum of 3 months after opening.

We recommend taking these vitamins once a day for at least three months to see optimal results.
